Received: Haunt's game
Details:
[ A young Maleficent lands next to the pool of jewels, with two large gnarled men/goblins. They are the border guards. One of them speaks to her in a strange language she understands.

Maleficent: I'm not afraid. Besides, I've never seen a human up close [ she calls out into the cave ] Come out!

Unknown Boy: No! They mean to kill me. And besides, you're hideous to look at.

Guard: [ grunts ]

Maleficent: That's extremely rude! [ turning to the guard ] Don't listen to him, Balthazar. You're classically handsome.

Balthazar: [ huffs and leans his head at her ]

Maleficent: [ looking back ] It's not right to steal. But we don't kill people for it. Come out! Come out this instant!

[ A boy appears from the cave, in drab brown clothing, like a monk's ]

Maleficent: [ peers at him ] Are you fully grown?

Stefan: . . . No.

Maleficent: [ turns to Balthazar ] I believe he is just . . . a boy.

Stefan: And you're just a girl. I think.

Maleficent: Who are you?

Stefan: I am called Stefan. Who are you?

Maleficent: I am Maleficent.

[ Balthazar gestures at Stefan angrily ]

Maleficent: Yes, right. You have to give it back.

Stefan: Give what back?

Maleficent: [ rolls her eyes and holds her hand out ]

Stefan: [ resigned, he takes the precious stone out of his pouch and hands it to her. ]

[ Maleficent then drops it into the pool ]
